This isn’t about filling roster spots. We’re building a highly competitive roster of players who are serious about development, exposure, and ultimately playing baseball at the next level.

USA Prime Missouri 17U Scout is looking to add a select number of college-prospect POs and impact position players to our Fall ’26–Summer ’27 roster.

We’re heading into the fall with one mission: maximize exposure and help our players earn college opportunities.

Please join us in welcoming Darian Sandford to the USA Prime Missouri family as the new 15U Scout Head Coach and Head of Player Development.

Darian brings an incredible baseball resume and wealth of experience to our organization. Drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 2010 MLB Draft, his elite speed and athleticism opened doors throughout professional baseball, including opportunities with the Chicago White Sox and Washington Nationals organizations.

Beyond affiliated baseball, Darian built a legendary career in independent baseball, becoming one of the most dynamic players in the game. His impact on the basepaths was unmatched, as he became the all-time Atlantic League stolen base leader with 291 stolen bases, while setting multiple franchise records throughout his career.

What excites us most isn’t just Darian’s accomplishments on the field—it’s the knowledge, leadership, work ethic, and competitive mindset he’ll bring to our athletes. Our players will have the opportunity to learn from someone who competed at the highest levels, maximized his talents, and built a professional career through relentless dedication to his craft.

We’re excited to have Darian leading our 15U Scout team and helping develop the next generation of USA Prime Missouri players.
