USA Prime Missouri Coaching Agreement

PURPOSE: To ensure all parties involved are clear on coaching expectations for USA Prime Missouri.

1. I ACKNOWLEDGE that USA Prime Missouri aims to develop the best talent at each position to play against the best competition with the ultimate goal of landing each player a college scholarship. With this in mind, I will develop each player on the team to the best of my ability through weekly practices during the season and at least two weeks prior, supplementary hitting when possible during the season, and commit to supporting with offseason training under the direction of the USA Prime Missouri training staff. I will maintain a 95% attendance rate for all scheduled contests.(Required)
2. I ACKNOWLEDGE that any conduct by me that is detrimental to the team, officials, or individual athletes including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical abuse, alcohol consumption or substance abuse prior to practices or games, fighting, any unsportsmanlike conduct, ignoring USA Prime Missouri policies, or other conduct unbecoming of a coach will result in disciplinary actions including but not limited to suspension and revocation of coaching privileges.(Required)
3. I ACKNOWLEDGE while this agreement is in effect and for a period of six months following its expiration or termination (the Restricted Period), I am prohibited from directly soliciting, contracting with, in any manner, directly or indirectly, any of USA Prime Missouri’s employees, coaches, or players that have done business with USA Prime Missouri during the term of the Parties’ relationship without express written permission from the USA Prime Missouri director.(Required)
4. I ACKNOWLEDGE that USA Prime Missouri and USA Prime Sports does not permit the reproduction of their logo or use of their name on any merchandise or gear without expressed written permission by the Director at the national and/or state level.(Required)
5. I ACKNOWLEDGE and agree to make sure that my team respects and protects the facilities where we practice and play games. I will report any damage that occurs and agree to help monitor the facilities where my team practices in order to eliminate any damage caused by horseplay or unsupervised activity by USA Prime Missouri players.(Required)

6. I ACKNOWLEDGE that coaching stipends for baseball will be distributed by USA Prime Missouri for the fall season between December 15-25, 2024. USA Prime Sports will disburse spring/summer coaching stipends on or before June 15th for the Spring/Summer season. Coaching stipends for softball will be disbursed on or before June 15th, 2025.(Required)
7. I ACKNOWLEDGE that my team's coaching staff is comprised exclusively of coaches hired by the USA Prime Missouri Director or will receive approval for alternate coaches from the USA Prime Missouri director prior to practices, games, or workouts.(Required)
8. I ACKNOWLEDGE that I will make every effort to ensure good sportsmanship is modeled by my players, myself, and my team's fanbase.(Required)
10. I ACKNOWLEDGE that I will not roster subs from outside of the organization without prior approval from the USA Prime Missouri director, Earl Green. I understand that subs should come from existing teams in the organization first and foremost, however, their primary team should always take priority in the event of a conflict with practices or games unless otherwise approved by the USA Prime Missouri director.(Required)
9. I ACKNOWLEDGE that I am responsible for carrying a roster of 12 paid in full players at a minimum. Failure to carry a roster of 12 or more players will result in a reduction of tournament budgets and/or coaching stipends for my team. I understand that if I am a parent coach, my coaching stipend is allocated to my child's fees and understand that I will be responsible for covering the difference in my child's fees if 12 additional players are not carried on my roster.(Required)
10. I ACKNOWLEDGE that I will make every effort to ensure my team will be respectful of hotel properties, staff, and other guests when traveling out of town, abiding by hotel policies including but not limited to lobby rules, pool rules, outdoor spaces, and quiet hours. Players under the age of 15 will not be roaming the hallways or properties without adult supervision.(Required)
11. I, ACCEPT and UNDERSTAND these conditions for coaching USA Prime Missouril and hereby state that I have never been convicted or adjudicated of an offense involving a minor or any sexual offense, an offense involving any illegal/illicit drugs, and I am not serving a sentence or probation/parole period for any offense. If I have been convicted or adjudicated of any of these type of crimes, I agree not to coach in the USA Prime Missouri program.(Required)
12. I, ACCEPT and UNDERSTAND that violations of these terms could result in immediate dismissal from the coaching staff, including forfeiture of my coaching stipend.(Required)
