We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring exceptional leadership, positive energy, a strong work ethic, and a love for the game of baseball to the organization.

These individuals must love working with young athletes to help them develop into stronger and better players.

Depending on the age group, coaches are generally required to attend one practice per week in the late afternoon or weekends, as well as weekend tournaments throughout the seasons. For the upcoming season we will have 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U teams.

You will be required to be on time to practices and tournament games, emailing and messaging parents, completing practice plans and player evaluations, helping out during winter workouts, tryouts, and planning travel (if your team travels).

Qualifications

• Played baseball at the collegiate level or higher
• Prior coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the game
• Prior experience working with kids
• Enthusiastic
• Strong work ethic
• Proactive communication skills
