Winter Workout Schedules STL Teams
If you are a multi-sport athlete please communicate that to your coach.
Winter workouts are not mandatory, but please keep in mind that playing time is not guaranteed; it is earned. Our winter workout program is designed to provide all of our athletes with equal opportunities for training to help them get better and set them up for success in the Spring/Summer.
12u-14u - Weeks #2-8
Navy pitch from 6:00 - 6:45 and have weight training from 6:45-7:30. Red will have weight training from 6:00-6:45 and pitch from 6:45-7:30. If you are not a pitcher you do not have to be present during the pitching time.
White will pitch from 7:30-8:15 and have weight training from 8:15-9:00. Maroon will have weight training from 7:30-8:15 and pitch from 8:15-9:00. If you are not a pitcher you do not have to be present during the pitching time.

Catchers and outfielders will be assigned to a Navy or Red group and infielders will be assigned to a White or Maroon group after evaluations during week 1. This is the schedule for the colored groups.
THESE ARE NOT THE SAME COLOR GROUPS FOR PITCHING AND WEIGHT TRAINING. PLAYERS MAY HAVE 2 DIFFERENT COLORS BASED ON THE TYPE OF TRAINING.
