We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring exceptional leadership, positive energy, a strong work ethic, and a love for the game of baseball to the organization.

These individuals must love working with young athletes to help them develop into stronger and better players.

Depending on the age group, coaches are generally required to attend one practice per week in the late afternoon or weekends, as well as weekend tournaments throughout the seasons. For the upcoming season we are hiring assistant coaches at the youth and high school level and head coaches for our 11u, 12u, and 13u teams.

If you have interest in coaching another age group, we're open to a discussion in the event we fill multiple teams at that age group.

You are responsible for schedule and running your team practices, communication with parents regarding training as well as practice and game schedules. If your team travels, you are responsible for setting up the room blocks and organizing any travel logistics for your team. You will support with tryouts and player evaluations and help out, when needed, for winter workouts.

Qualifications

• Played baseball at the collegiate level or professional level or have 5+ years of coaching experience
• High baseball IQ
• Experience working with kids and/or teens
• Enthusiastic
• Strong work ethic
• Proactive communication skills
